Radical SR8


The Radical SR8 is a British sports car made by Radical Sportscars.

Dominic Dobson drove one to victory in the 2015 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.

Michael Verger held the all-time lap record of the Nordschleife circuit on the N�rburgring until 27 September 2017, doing so in 2009 in a Radical SR8 on Dunlop Direzza DZ03 tyres. He clocked a lap time of 6:48:28.

A prototype is being made, with the help of Radical Sportscars, into an all-electric version by Racing Green Endurance, a student-led project of Imperial College London.s

This car also holds many world records on Forza Motorsport 6, an in depth video game/ racing simulator created by Microsoft Studios and Turn10.

Yamaha OX99-11

The 'Yamaha OX99-11' V12 was a sports car designed by Yamaha's subsidiary Ypsilon Technology and IAD, an English engineering consultancy, which was supposed to enter production in 1994. Yamaha began competing in Formula One as an engine supplier in 1989, and using the experience it had gained during that time it wanted to build a price-no-object car based on actual Formula One technology. Even though the Formula One project was doing poorly in competition, by 1991 the team had just produced a new engine, the OX99, and approached a German company to design an initial version of the car.
